New Year, New Island!

Today I would like to unveil a World from the game, being Yoshi's Island! I'll try and do these more often.

Yoshi's Island here is the 9th World of the game and comprises of 9 levels. Yoshi’s Island is a floating Island shaped like an Egg that’s home to many Dinosaurs and Yoshi’s and has landscapes based on food. Mario, Peach and Toad venture through here to retrieve the Power Star, find the missing Super Happy Tree Fruits and then protect the Island from Bowser’s army. This Super Happy Tree allows the Yoshi and dinosaurs to live forever by spreading it's power through all the Island. Without it and in the wrong hands. dire consequences may arise...  Which has lead to the fruit being stolen! The trio agree with the Yoshi Chief, and his advisor that they find the stolen Super Happy Fruit stolen by Bowser's army in exchange for the Power Star.

Yoshi's Island was easily one of my favourite worlds to work on in terms of location, story and gameplay. At this point in the game things are dramatically shaping up for our characters and the world. This reflects that in terms of gameplay as levels are way longer and harder than previous worlds. Not to mention, being one of the exclusive new worlds not based on anything from the movie allows me to go really deep into references, action set pieces and the story. Trust me, What I've explained here is putting the events very lightly... I hope you look forward to it!

Which is soon! A new update adding new missions in Challenge mode to all characters, new multiplayer maps and bug fixes alongside Yoshi's Island and a bit of what Luigi is up to will release soon! It'll release  in around 1-3 weeks though may be later due to exams. Anyway, more updates soon! See you all later!
